Plans for this week

i’ve been having some trouble staying on track due to my insomnia I like to work out in the morning but sometimes I need to go back to sleep at the time I would be working out so I’m making a goal again this week to work out in the morning at 7 and if I miss the morning workout do it at seven at night instead but I have to stick to a routine. also my physical therapist doesn’t want me to walk because I have a Drop foot so that limit my movement so it is crucial for me to keep these workouts going. 👀 for me in the morning at seven to See what workout I will do💪🏿. also I’m going to find one right now and post it for my followers that’s not in a wheelchair to do. also for anyone that is not aware I mentioned I wouldn’t be sharing my way until I can get one from a scale at my hospital after a doctor visit are usually take my week after Dialysis but it was off a few times and since I don’t want my desire to be me getting stuck on the numbers I decided until I could see the numbers on a different scale I don’t have a doctors appointment until later in the summer so I might just focus on my eating and movement for the rest of the summer and get into the numbers in the fall but I’ll keep you posted on that. small changes from permanent results is my Ultimate goal it is not a Sprint for me. how is everyone out there doing let me know in the comments?
